Some have compared cutler to losman in terms of athletic ability and style of play, but how are they different? Or are they basically the same kind of qb?

jp is more mobile.. and has a slightly stronger arm.

...but everyone loves Cutler's personality and leadership ability, which were (and maybe still are) the biggest knocks on JP.

bottom line is that there isn't enough of a difference between the two to warrant drafting Cutler when JP hasn't been fully evaluated yet.

Yeah, I agree Saratoga Slim theres not enough difference to bring in Cutler over Losman. I think Losman does have a better arm and can move better and has shown he can win some in the NFL. Bills really should stick with JP and let him earn his check every Sunday.

I agree, and you could substitute any collegiate QB's name for Cutler in your last sentence, particularly when we have so many other needs.

There is a WORLD of difference between the two in both style and approach to the game..

But you are right, they're not taking a QB at 8, and I think Cutler will be there as well.

I dont EXPECT it, in fact I'd be shocked if it happened.. But i'd be among the minority not throwing a fit if we did take him...

yes.. losman definately has a stronger arm, pat. and he runs a 4.6.. so he is alot faster and more mobile as well.

jp is a better prospect.

Cutler=Boller=Losman

Athletic guys who used their athleticism to get the job done in college because their talents were better than most on the field. In the NFL EVERYONE has athleticism and that's why you see that style QB have troubles adjusting.

JP fumbles a lot less than Cutler, who is a rumblin' stumbin' and fumblin' machine.

i could understand that, since you spam several boards with your drivel.

damn, that's pretty impressive if jp's got a stronger arm than cutler. at the combine he was clocked throwing at 60 mph, which most people can't do with a baseball.
