Buffalo did a nice job standing up to the physical play of the Flyers.

We proved we could muscle with them, they haven't proved yet that they can skate with us.

0-9 on the power play is concerning to me though.

they might not be able to skate with us, but their defense was pretty impressive.

sabres, though they had 58 shots, didn't get very many "quality" looks and when they did they seemed to be out of position. it almost reminded me of how they played against NJ this year.

nevertheless, the way they won this game should give them a lot of confidence.
