If I were their GM I would give Favre 24 hours to 1) Decide to come back, 2) retire, 3) get me a list of teams he wants to go to for a trade. Or I trade his ass on draft day or the day before to a team that makes me the best offer.

NO ONE PLAYER is that important in this league...none.
