I guess you can say that, but everyone that has come out (recently) have been very good. Mike Williams is still learning, but needed another year. Troy Palomalu(think thats how you spell it) and Palmer have been very good. But we will see, if Bing is anything like like Troy, the Bills D would be just where it needs to be, as long as we can get Nate back to being a team player.

Bing is the anti-cover two safety.. He'll be great in some defenses, but Buffalo's won't be one of them.

I'd take Bullocks or especially Watkins in a round two before I take Bing.

The draft isn't bad. Here are some nitpicks:

2nd rd: I doubt that Winston is there in the 2nd. But if he is, it's a great pickup.

3rd rd: (second 3rd rd pick) I rather Pat Watkins than Calvin Lowry. In fact, I rather a few others before Lowry.

5th rd: I like CB Marcus Maxey. Looks like a good pickup in a later round.

5th rd: (second 5th rd pick) Fullbacks are easy to come by and I'm sure they'll be plenty that will even go undrafted. I prefer backup Olinemen or backup DT. Montavious Stanley (DT) should be taken here instead.

6th rd: Havner falling this low? Seems unlikely.

7th rd: (both picks) Again, ensure that we have adequate backups for Oline/Dline before we address WR/RB!!!

The first 3 picks would be great, but 3rd round is WAY too high for Lowry. I'd say he's about a 5th rounder.
