If ever there was a time to send the whole team onto the ice and tell them that anybody with no blood on their hands isn't playing the next game, it's right ***** now. I want the Sabres backup goalie bloodied. Anything less than this is a sad pathetic pu$$out by this team and coach.

Period, end of story. This game is over, it doesn't matter if you lose 5-0 or 20-0. You have to do something to change the momentum of this series and it isn't going to be done on the scoreboard.
They have to turn this game into a war right now. What are the refs going to do, call penalties? LMFAO....they're going to anyway.

I'm thoroughly embarrassed to be a Flyers fan right now. What a bunch of crap this game has become and this team has become.
The game is crap because of Bettman.
The Flyers are crap because they have no leadership and no heart. They don't hit because they're afraid of penalties; or is it that they are just afraid?
Dorney just showed the replay of the first goal. 3 flyers refuse to take Dumont out along the boards as he started out in his own zone, then Gauthier (the HITTER) does his best imitation of a fish out of water sliding across the ice for no fu ckiing reason allowing Dumont to have as many cracks as the puck as he neeeded before finally roofing it into the open net.
Does anyone want to see this go on any longer?
i demand fights tonight from hatcher, eager, and richards...
each for different reasons. step up and kick some azz, boys.
The ONLY way to send a message to Bettman...
Is for the following to happen:
1. Snider, Clarke and Hitch MUST be vocal and livid after this game. Take the fines, suspensions, bad press, etc. They MUST criticize the refs, the league and callout the commissioner. End of story.
2. Peter Forsberg (one of the NHL's biggest stars) must do the same. He must do the anti-Lemieux "garage league" speech and say how much this silly atempt to remove physical play is hurting the league. Again, he must be extremely vocal.
3. I hate to say it, but a player has to abuse an official. When the next horse **** penalty is called, a player has to fire the puck at the official. Fire it high and hard. There will be a fine, suspension, etc. but it will get tons of bad press and the players can emphasize how frustrating it is to play in this new league.
4. The biggest NHL "no-no" has to happen: a bench-clearing brawl. Make the news, ESPN, USAToday, etc. The players must do something drastic.
Since NONE of these will happen, we are forced to suffer this new NHL.
