All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
i am just wondering if anyone has seen any articles/interviews on peerless? i am just interested to hear what he had to say about atlanta, and then why he couldnt do a single thing for the cowboys and got clipped just like that.. has he spoken to the media at all? any mention of this "degenerative eye condition" that tons of people mentioned but i have never seen in print..
anything?

I live in Atl and the last thing I would want to be is a reciever with Michael Vick as the QB. I think Peerless set himself up for failure when he came here. But he was smarter than most because he got paid. And it looks like he is going to get paid again ih makes the team.
i get why it didnt work in altanta... i also agree that very few wrs if any, will ever succeed w/ vick as the qb and in such a run first system.
what i cant get over is why he couldnt stick in dallas.. i want to hear what happened there.. why was he waived before the season was over? was he *****ing because he was not getting a chance to play and parcells didnt want to hear it? was he just awful? is there really something wrong with his eyes?
i know he didnt have much time to learn the offense and sometimes it takes new receivers a while for things to click.. but i just want to know what happened. it bugs me.

I heard him interviewed on Sirius last week. He is actually a pretty funny guy.
Anyway, there were some cracks about Keyshawn and Parcells. I don't necessarily know if any of that came into play, but it seemed to be on his mind a lot.
He's 100% healthy and thinks that the offensive system that Buffalo will bring under Fairchild would be most suitable for his style play.
Said something to the effect about the receivers in Atlanta were just decoys to spread the defense for the Falcons running game and everything in the air went underneath to Crumpler and Dunn
Seemed to be glad to back with Buffalo although he kind of ignored the question about the terms in which he left..
Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. And, thus it was that they surrendered their freedom; not with a bang, but without even a whimper.
