When Buffalo Bills coach Dick Jauron was heading up the Chicago Bears, the team acquired Brian Urlacher with the ninth overall pick in the 2000 NFL college draft. Urlacher, who played at the University of New Mexico, was a freakish athlete who played outside linebacker, safety and wide receiver in addition to returning kicks in college. The Bears saw him as a middle linebacker and well, the rest is history. more

First time I've seen a blantant mistake by Leo Roth.
Jauron tried to make Urlacher an OLB. It was obvious to everyone here that Urlacher was a natural MLB. It took a while for Jauron to figure that out.
Jauron's DC? Greg Blache who now works for manboobs.
