All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
GNN group sports editor Tim Schmitt: Matt Leinart, QB, USC
— A guy can hope, right? If Leinart gets by Tennessee, it’s conceivable that he’ll still be around at No. 8. Not probable, but conceivable. Buh-bye, J.P.
Others:
Brodrick Bunkley, DT, Florida State
Josh Betts, QB, Miami of Ohio
Winston Justice, OT, Southern California
Haloti Ngata, DT, Oregon
Re: NFL DRAFT: Who do we think the Bills will take?
I know who Tim Schmitt is... I actually disagree I dont think Leinart lasts until 8 even if he gets by Tenn.. He'll be gone by 5 at the latest.. I have refused to train my mind to even think about the prospects of Leinart as our QB on my belief it cant happen.
Now if it did, I would F'n SPRINT his name on the card to the podium when the Bills were on the clock.
But that aint happening.. So I PREDICT Bunkely, and I HOPE Davis (with Huff second and CUtler third)
