Kiper eats, sleeps and breathes college football and scouting 365 days a year. There's a reason he's not an NFL scout....he gets paid more by ESPN to do his job and if they were to release him, NFL Network would gladly take his services. Period.

Kiper easily makes 7 figures a year and a lot less stress on him being an ESPN guy as opposed to being a "buffalo bill" guy. He just marks guys based on talent/ability for his board. If someone falters, such as he had Ryan Leaf second on his board, the Chargers took him second. Kiper took no heat for putting Leaf there. But SD got crucified for selecting him.
