Carpenter in the 1st....questionable....probably a reach at 18. More so than Whitner was...or McCargo for that matter IMHO.
Fasano in the second when they have Whitten.
I think we are not far behind in many people's eyes though. We drafted for our specific defense, no question about that.

Carpenter was an excellent pick. BB had Carpenter as the best linebacker in the draft which is saying alot.

Carpenter has first round talent for sure! As does Whitner....both were probably taken a little early though
