    My take...for what it's worth.

I, for one, wanted the lines addressed and we did that with McCargo. I also knew that Buffalo would need a good safety and they got that in Whitner. However, when the Bills were on the clock next in the 3rd round, Youboty was the best player available, so they've got to take him. In round 4, Simpson was too good of a talent to pass up, I have no problem with that. I would much rather take the best athlete than reach for a position that we need help in when the talent there isn't great. Good move by the Bills, so far.

Plus all 3 picks help a questionable secondary that was weak versus the pass. I like it.

I'm very happy the lines are finally being addressed. I could care less about "ESPN popular" picks.

I don't think that Youboty and the others were taken because they were the best available I think they were chosen because of the Clements and Vincent situation. These choices make me believe more and more that Clements is on his way out of here.

I agree. ESPN cares nothing about value, it is about popularity and making a splash. I absolutley hate what that network has done to sports. Does ESPN ever go back and apologize for their unwarranted crtisicm. Hell no. Truth be know, none of these players have ever played a down in the NFL so they are all a gamble. Jerk offs like Kiper make a living speculating. It is easy to sit there on draft day and offer opinions. He doesn't have to make the tough choices like whether or not the premier DE is more important to your team than the sexy RB already labeled as the Michael Jordan of the NFL.

I think people like ESPN put a lot of time into pre-packaged highlights, notes, and whatever.

When a team messes up their preparation - they translate that into "They don't know what they are doing"

Agree or disagree on the personell and they player types - But I think the Bills had a plan, and executed it today. Don't like the plan? Fair enough. But many of these pundits are fueling their own rhetoric and fooling themselves on who should go where

They were a lot weaker versus the run than the pass.

But I like the secondary picks as well.

I dont think Nate Clements deserves $6-7 million per year, let him play this year out and then put his money towards a Left Tackle next year.

Youboty was drafted to take over for Clements next year. The Bills will Tag Nate next year and trade him.

A good pass rush will help any secondary.
