"I love to compete," he says. "It's something that I don't think that can be taught. I hate to lose and I love the feeling of winning."
Good think he didn't come here during Donahoe's regime. He would have been one miserable S.O.B.
Reading this article reminds me of TKO.

Re: Great article on Kyle Williams...
Kinda reminds me of Jim Burt, from OP who played with the Giants. I think he could very well be the guy who will be the starting 1 gap DT in this defense by mid-season if Anderson doesn't pick up his game.
The Bills have said they want to rotate their DTs a lot in this defense and I can see them going with these rotations right now:
(on first and second downs):
Tripplett at the 3 gap--Anderson at the 1 gap
spelled by
McCargo at the 3 gap--Williams at the 1 gap (with Williams pushing Anderson and possibly switching places with him in the rotation during the season)
(on third down and passing situations):
Tripplett at the 3 gap--McCargo at the 1 gap (with Williams spelling McCargo)
Now, they may add another 1 gap DT to the mix from what's left in free agency to add to their depth, but that's how I see them going at this point.
It will be a very young, inexperienced line that will probably struggle at first, but should get better pretty quickly as they gain experience in the system. It could turn out to be a very nice group--able to get even better--next year. Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. And, thus it was that they surrendered their freedom; not with a bang, but without even a whimper.

Re: Great article on Kyle Williams...
He was the pick we got for Moulds.
Remember when the Bills were receiving negative press for just getting a 5th or failing to just cut Moulds ?
Instead, we drafted a player with that pick who can contribute.Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit
