I think i read somewhere that Ottawa has the arena booked both Saturday and Sunday.

So i'm assuming, Friday Game 1, Monday Game 2, then Wed and Fri back in Buffalo. But i have no clue... lol

I really wonder what they are going to do with the schedule. There is a bunch of conflicts....

Ottawa - Dora the Explorer on Saturday 5/6 and Sunday 5/7.

Buffalo - Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert on Friday night 5/12

Buffalo - NLL Championship on Saturday night 5/13

I've heard before that Ottawa is scheduled to open the series on Friday night, May 5th...and thats why it's a good thing the Sabres didn't go to a game 7. Maybe the Sabres will get back 2 back homes games on Wed and Thurs? :idunno:

If this is the case....

Game 1 - @Ottawa - Friday, May 5th
Game 2 - @Ottawa - Monday, May 8th
Game 3 - @Buffalo - Wednesday, May 10th
Game 4 - @Buffalo - Thursday, May 11th
Game 5 - @Ottawa - Saturday, May 13th
Game 6 - @Buffalo - Monday, May 15th
Game 7 - @Ottawa - Wednesday, May 17th

I think they are more likely to spread the series out then give anybody back to back games, especially since you have to figure TV into the deal.

It looks like that is what is going to happen tho. They'll say that it's because of the long break from game 1 to game 2.

You want is cool. If the Sabres make it to the Stanley Cup Finals they would have home ice advantage...Amazing how in the east the top 4 seeds advance but in the west the bottom 4 teams adavnce
