Bills Preseason Opponents

The Buffalo Bills have announced their 2003 preseason opponents although specific dates and times are not yet available. The Bills will play four preseason games beginning the week of August 7-11 at Baltimore, followed by another road game sometime between August 14-18 when they travel to Tennessee. The last two hames are at Ralph Wilson Stadium against St. Louis (Aug. 21-25) and Detroit (Aug. 28-31).

Specific dates and times will not be finalized until the national television schedule for the NFL preseason is determined later this month.

Away: Baltimore, Tennessee

At least we have the last 2 games at home. The past 2 years they've been the first 2 games.

The first 2 games at home are kinda nice because you can't wait to see some football, but after them 2 games it makes the next 3 weeks before the season starts seem that much longer.

With the last 2 games you get a terrible 4th game when the starters play 1 or 2 series, but you get the 3rd game where they play up to the half and sometimes into the 3rd Quarter.

If we could have the best of both worlds, I'd take the 1st and 3rd game at home. That would kick some serious ass.

One bad thing, I don't think we'll get another season opener at home this year. We've had them for the past 3 years. We'll probably have the 1st two on the road this year. It's gonna be a long wait till the first game at The Ralph.

I would love for us to go completely undefeated, from preseason thru the Big Dance. (wow, would that upset fins fans!) But don't the bills have the tendency to have a better season when their preseason record stunk? I'd take a 0-4 preseason, if we went to the Dance and WON!

Last year everybody had a fit when we went 0-4 in preseason. We heard the 3-13 roars again by a number of fans.

I like to win in preseaosn, but it doesn't matter so I don't take it seriously. About the only teams that make it a point to win are the ones that know they'll probably only win a couple games the entire regular season.
