According to local sports report on channel 4, Ruff said count on it.

Gausted OK for Wednesday also, Kalinin suffered an undisclosed knee injury and no comment was made about his availability when the series returns to Buffalo.

I didn't see Ruff make the comment, just posted what the tv reporter said.

I agree with Eb, though...it wouldn't surprise me to not see Connolly in the line up tomorrow night.

Umberger was supposed to play the next game too.
But he had a broken nose and is obviously a pussy.

Connolly got his nose broken by a shot from Gaustad in a warm-up, but he played that game. Connolly's no pussy, I expect to see him play Wednesday.

I wouldn't get my hopes up on Connolly playing... eventhough Lindy said he will, that doesn't mean he will.

Captain Kangaroo said the same thing after the Umberger hit and look what happened.

This team NEEDS Connolly in the lineup, but if there is more benefit to him sitting this one out and coming back in better shape for game 4 I'd rather see him rest as oppossed to rushing him back into the lineup at 60%
