All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I think if these injuries were midseason, you wouldn't hear names like Carman and Farris being inserted into the starting lineup - Conaty were more likely be inserted into the lineup and TT moved to LT. Because its preseason where the scores don't count and they're trying to get people used to where they'll end up playing, I don't think they want to move starters around to different positions on the line so they can get all the reps at their main position. Come the regular season though, they'll have no problems moving starters around in case of injury.
Trouble is brewing. Yep, its only preseason but if those are the guys starting and we still can't establish a run game?? 3 more games to solidify or Drew will be like the old #11 - I don't want to see him on his a$$ all year long unless its because he dove into the endzone for a score!
Yeah, it's deja vu all over again isn't it. Mike Williams was held out of practice this morning, but that seems to be precautionary. He twisted his knee yesterday, but continued to practice. I haven't heard anything about how M. Price and Jennings are doing. It would be nice if the Bills would issue an update.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
For now the injuries don't appear to be threatening an intact line for the season opener (JO is the only maybe to miss it at this time). We also have the ability to juggle positions if we have to so unless more guys go down we should still be able to field an above average line to start the season.
TD and GW have made the line an absolute top priority once Drew came on board so I'm confident they're prepared and will be able to piece something good together.

I get nervous when I hear Ostrowski and Conaty, let alone Farris and Carman.
Wys - makes RJ look like Cal Ripken - lmao!

Christ, you are the queerest person in the history of Bills fanhood. I swear to god I would stomp you.
Sprains heal slowly the first week, then pick up speed around the second week. I'd say that JJ will be out for about 3 weeks and at 100% in 4. Hopefully they get all the tough injuries up an out of the way for the season. Unfortunately, the line needs this practice time to develop rapport and timing with one another. I'm afraid that the OL may face some small problems at the opener(offsides, blown plays, a couple sacks etc.).
