View Full Version : Dolphins get Harrington for a draft pick

Hey Zoners, I just heard that the Dolphins acquired Joey Harrington in exchange for a conditional draft pick. What do you think about that? Hopefully it was Harrington that stunk it up in Detroit, and not the rest of the team. If he turns out to be any good, we could be in trouble!

I"m sure this is the unpopular thing to say on this board..

But If I'm a Dolphins fan, I like the move. He comes to Miami without the pressure of having to be a franchise savior. I think he's going to rebound and worse-case, be a good backup QB.

One could argue (and likely lose that arguement, especially on this board) that Harrington is as good as any QB the Bills have.. Regardless, I think it's a good situation for Miami and Harrington.

Good comments guy, if nothing else he's low risk, high draft pick with plenty of experience for a backup and spot starter if needed. The rest of the team should pick up his slack, and hopefully he developes.
