All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Sabres defenseman Dmitri Kalinin will miss the start of the Eastern Conference finals series against Carolina, and center Tim Connolly may join him on the sideline.

We beat Ottawa without them so why the worry??

I want Connolly back
Ditto. With him in the line up, teams have another threat, probably the biggest, to contend with. He's a big part of the Offense and without him, teams can key on the other players more.

Timmy not only solidifies teh PK, but just makes it down right dangerous :) any chance he gets, him and roy break 2 on 1, and with Connolly and Roy 2 on 1, 99% of the time its gonna get a good opputrunity

I am having the feeling that Connolly won't be back this year.
I'm hoping Ruff is playing coy aboot Connolly, and he is laying in the weeds as a surpise for Carolina.

if Timmy was done for the season, the team would have announced it by now and the NHL would have when they put Timmy onn Long Term I.R. instead of just being Scratched.

You are kidding right? There is no way that would happen since there is no reason to do it.

Well there hasn't been a report that he skated today and I don't think well see him this series, not with his history of concussions. He was knocked out cold, that elbow caught him right in the jaw and twisted his neck. The rest of the team is going to have to compensate.
