So another update. I leveled out at around 237 for a long period of time just by keeping my calories under roughly 2K per day.
It's still too early to tell what will happen with them. We all know Sanchez sucks but it remains to be seen with Geno Smith. Almost the entire board
Is 120 per day with a quart of Jameson to wash it down a good diet for a month ? I want to fit into a tux for an upcoming prom.
