Matt Ellis has powerful friends within the organization. He didn't come as a tag-along to Granato. Yes, he should go. And likely will go. When they find the right coach.

That Washington and the NY Islanders made it into the play-offs and the Sabres didn't should be infuriating to each and every fan. Those two teams suck.
