DeMeco Ryans agrees to become next Texans head coach

DeMeco Ryans is heading back to Houston.
According to multiple reports, Ryans has agreed to terms with the Texans on a contract to become their next head coach. Things have been pointing in this direction for the last few days and Ryans had a second interview with the Texans after the 49ers’ loss to the Eagles in the NFC Championship Game.

Awesome, he's going to want an "alpha" mlb like Edmunds and they can afford to overpay !

At this point, the Frasier ship has sailed. It's been 8 days since we got eliminated. If they were going to fire him, it would have already happened.

That's what has me disappointed.
Football is a game that if you're not improving you're falling behind.
It's never easy to win and I'm sure it's not all on Frazier.
Another direction taken is necessary.
To win maybe moving on from more than Frazier is needed.
Most likely that's the case.
