Our new stadium must be centrally located & hold at least 70,000 in a dome

We need to overcome the Orchard Park distance from our borders & have at least 70,000 seats in a controlled controlled environment, Tom G.'s plan of West Senaca again eliminates border access and creates a much longer drive than needed all our fans. Lets use our noodle here that a 55,000 ticket base should be a normal event with at least an additional 15,000 + of normal ticket sales, including very large corporate boxes. West Seneca is not the answer to draw more people in, Tom G's partner needs to get a grip.
