We should sign at least 3 more free agents.
4.45 (40) for Trent decent!!
So we are now five deep at WR (Diggs/Davis/Shakir/Harty/Sherfield).
Feels like a Kumerow replacement.
Championship. The last piece of the puzzle.
So no WR in this draft :idunno:
MLB, IOL and TE round 1-3
DB, DT and RB rounds 4-6
I hope he was cheaper than McKenzie was going to be.
Decent size and speed.
Looking forward to see what he can do.
:gobills:
These are the kinds of FA signings we are going to see.
Economical depth pieces that can immediately contribute.
With Sherfield’s experience as a relatively reliable WR....he was the Fin’s 3rd most in receiving yards, with two catches (30) behind TE Gesicki (32), along with being #3 in avg yards per catch and only slight behind Treek Hill’s 14.4, with 13.9....along with his special team value (40% of ST snaps in Miami) he is obviously a replacement for Jake Kumerow like Saratoga pointed out, and a pretty clear upgrade.
This is a solid FA signing.
Looks to be a solid addition! :gobills:
I don't know much about him, but he did have that long explosive TD on the first play of their game against SF. That was a sweet play.
I don't think this takes a WR off the draft board. We have one established, consistent WR on the roster. One.
Yeah I think WR is still firmly in play for the draft and maybe even FA. This is Beane filling up the room so there's competition. Anyway, we frequently have had six WRs on the active roster over the past few years, so there's still at least one spot up for grabs.
90 for camp. More depth signings to come. Then the draft.
Meh. Another Hot Wheel to put in the toy box.
There is no way this guy covers kicks and run blocks like Kumerow, if this is supposed to replace him it's a big swing and miss.
