He is garbage, I have been saying from the beginning he is trash over on the Bills site forum and everyone would always bash me for it, wonder if they still will be all over Barkley's jock
I don't think he's a system QB.
Ya, I don't think system QB is the right wording, I think Barkley is extremely similar to Clausen though, they are products of extremely talented WR's. Clausen had Floyd, Tate, and amazing TE's. Barkley has the 2 best WR's in college football both will be NFL WR's in Woods and Lee.
He'll be and interesting prospect this spring. The production is insane, and he is coached up well. I still like him though. It'll be interesting to see how he plays against ND in two weeks. It would be great staple win for him (if ND is still undefeated).
He sucks
i wish johnny football manziel was the next bills qb
I heard USC deflated the balls because he has small hands like Fitzy.
I'd suffer with him at QB.
He will put on an amazing show at the combine or his pro day.
Some team will make him a top 3 pick no matter what he does the rest of the year.
I'm still waiting for the inevitable recruiting scandal to hit them again
Tim Couch 2.0. Just say no to Barkley
what's hilarious to me is that there are numerous college football scandals. and all those guys come into the nfl at some point and we are just supposed to believe that there are no cheating scandals at this level. it's absurd.
There is a bit of a scandal right now with it having been revealed that USC has been underinflating game balls just a bit. The assumption that's been made is that this was due to Barkley having small hands. The underinflated balls make it easier for someone with smaller hands to grip the ball. If true, this is a significant red flag, one he may end up having in common with Claussen. The combine is going to be critical for Barkley. Now Tannehill's hands are a bit on the small side too, and he's doing pretty well with Miami. Teams are going to have to pay very close attention to Barkley, however.
I would still take a chance on Barkley over starting Fitz another year.
the SEC has 6 of the top 9 teams in college football for a reason.
The league is loaded from top to bottom in O-line talent, and Defensive talent. There is nothing overrated about the SEC. The dominance of the SEC over the rest of college football is pretty real.
As to Alabama, they lost to another SEC team. In fact the last few years i think 'bama's only losses have been in conference. That's just how strong the conference is. This year the disparity is particularly bad.
anyone who says the SEC is overrated is either from the North, or doesn't follow college ball.
