Mark Konkol, who previously worked for the Chicago Sun-Times, reports at Patch.com that the Bears have informed coach Matt Nagy that he値l be fired after Thursday痴 game at Detroit.

Firing a coach mid-season isn't unheard of. But telling him he still has to coach one more game but then he's fired? The only thing I can think of reminiscent of that was the whole mess with Whaley and Rex Ryan.
