March 26 & 30th v Arizona -- What Can Murray Do Ensure Losses?

Looks like Arizona has shown a renewed commitment to "rebuilding". They just lost their 9th consecutive game. They will be selling everything they got before Monday evening and unlike the Sabres, they haven't made "rebuilding" moves yet this season.

The Coyotes are 4 points ahead of the Sabres with the same number of games played.

The home and home series between the Sabres and Coyotes on March 26 and 30th will show the hockey world which team is the champion "rebuilder" this year.

So Murray will trade Stewart, anyone with a pulse and any goalie that can stop a puck on Monday.

Is there anything else he can do to show his "rebuilding" talents?

Can he fire Ted Nolan in March and replace him with Trottier to completely put the team in disarray?

Can he quietly encourage players with a hangnail to sit out?

There must be more that Murray can do.

Doesn't he understand that the City of Losers has a reputation to maintain?

Nothing would be more fitting for a historic 2 year intentional tank than two consecutive fails.

Hey, why not tank a 3rd year?

I've been waiting my whole life for a Buffalo championship that doesn't include lacrosse. It's been five decades now.
I have zero problem with the tank. Should the team have just kept the cycle of mediocrity and hoping to get an 8th seed and ride a hot goalie?

It will be devastating to allow the Yotes or the Oilers to finish 30th. McEichel is the key to the rebuild.

Buffalo and Arizona game could go down as the fewest shots on goal in a single game in NHL history.

Do they both play with 6 skaters and leave the goalies on the bench??

wasn't there a game like two years ago where the flyers and lightning failed to advance the puck for like a full minute as the flyers just sat in the neutral zone and the lightning didn't move. and the crowd starting booing. am i making this up, or do you remember this happening recently.
