No, this has been going on for 3 years. We run a defense that leaves our Lbs on an island where one move makes them completely vulnerable. I'd have to disagree. I can think of lots of teams that got rid of good coaches who couldn't get over the hump in the post season and they were turned into walking mediocrities for years. Wade Philips got canned a year after Homerun Throwback and we got drought for 17 years. The Oilers got rid of Bum and were walking mediocrities for much of the 80s until Jerry Glanville righted the ship. So yeah, I'd put McDermott on a very short leash, he can stay but the price is Frazier and Dorsey have to go. Also, some of the problems with this team are structural.
