    McKee hopes it's not over

Jay McKee walked into the Sabres dressing room at a little after 9 a.m. Saturday, which was progress in its own right. Just one day earlier, McKee had still been laid up in bed at home, unable to walk because of a nasty strep infection in his left shin. McKee seemed weary and a trifle sad, a fitting symbol for Buffalo in the aftermath of a memorable Stanley Cup run. He had a needle stuck in his left forearm, connected by a tube to the bag on his left hip, which was pumping antibiotics into his blood every four hours. more

You think MKKee would take 3 million a year for 4-5 years?

I don't know about specific numbers, but I can't see him wanting to sign anywhere else. He has always been a Sabre and should always be a Sabre.
