    Combine Stats

Rob's Scouting has a chart posted at his web site for all the players invited to the combine that may eventually list a lot of stats (height, weight, reps of 225lbs, 40 yd time etc.) See the links thread if you want to fine it. However, there' is very little info yet. I wondered if anyone has found a site that has more complete data yet. Leave a link here and on the links thread if you do, please.

Thanks, Mel. I wonder if there will be more coming out, or if this is it. It's still really scanty. One player let's himself be weighed, another lifts weights, another takes the Wunderlick. There's not enough information on most of them to get any kind of a feel for what they might be able to do in the pros.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

All the bench pressing, weight lifting, wonderlicking (that didn't sound right) really won't tell how these guys will play in the pros.

It's a job interview when it gets all boiled down to it. On interviews, the guy in the slickest suit and tie and who tells you all the things you want to hear doesn't necissarially become the best employee.

I don't disagree with you Mel. Ideally, it's nice to find a guy who has it all, smarts, attitude and athleticism, but there aren't too many like that. I guess it's a question whether you look at the guys with the great numbers first and then winnow out the ones with badd attitudes or start with guys that have great attitudes and weed out the clutzes.
