It's time to move some star players - who wants

After a very successful year, it's time to think about the future.

I need to get younger and more players. I am looking for rookie draft picks and younger up and coming players. For teams on the cusp of greatness, I might have the defensive player to fill that last hole or two.

    Jason Taylor DE 9 mil 2007 - rated a 9 this year a possible 10 next year.
Ray Lewis ILB 7.5 mill 2006 - rated a 7, but should go back up to 8 or 9
    Donnie Edwards ILB/OLB 5 mil 2006, 6 mil 2007 - rated an 8
    Casey Weigman C 3mil 2006, 3.6 mil 2007, 5.04 mil 2008 - rated a 7
Tatum Bell RB, RB .5 mil 2006, .6 mil 2007, signed through 2009

And no I will not be dumping any of these players. I will be dumping D. Culpepper, M. Clayton, JJ. Arrington, M. Bennett, etc....

I am looking for LB, DEs, T, G, WR, CBs, and S.

We have until 1/8/07 to make a deal.

Why are you not waiting until the player ratings to try to make deals? I may be interested, but I want to make sure the ratings are right first.
"'Clean up your room.', 'Stand up straight.', 'Pick up your feet.', 'Take it like a man.', 'Be nice to your sister.', 'Don't mix beer and wine, ever.'. Oh yeah, 'Don't drive on the railroad track.'"

"Eh, Phil. That's one I happen to agree with."

    I guess for 2 reasons:
    1) because we can
    2) I can still predict what some players are going to be rated or close to it. and I am looking at the player for the long hall, so next years rating doesn't concern me as much.

but how could Jason Taylor not be a 10 after this season. He's being considered for Defensive player of the year.

Personally, I'll be waiting until after the player rankings and new spreadsheets come out. After that, I'll be willing to talk trade.

as attractive as Bell is... I cant afford to bring in another back who missed games in 06.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
    It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
