I was a little surprised that we decided to go into the post season with Connelly active. Any thoughts? How did he play in the last 2 games?
Anybody thinking that leaving Connelly out would have been better..

A little slower, a little rustier but ok. Hard to say. I would say the team played at about 80% today.

Considering how long he's been out, I think Timmy's done very well. It's good to shake off the cobwebs before the playoffs, so it was a good move. We got the two points we needed, so all's well."It is better to be divided by truth than to be united by error." -- Martin Luther

I'll trust Ruff's decision on this one- if he doesn't think Connolly is healthy enough to contribute, he doesn't have to dress him.
Also, remember that Connolly played most of his time on a line with Paille and Mair against Wash and Peters and Mair against Philly. That's not exactly a great way to boost stats.

They had to make sure Connolly could hold up to the minutes...

I'm afraid he's going to make mistakes which we can't afford.
