    There is a major problem there that is mentioned. He was already taxed on it. This will make him giving it back much more difficult.

    I wonder if the organization is the one that actually found it, or if they were clueless until Westbrook's accountants found the error while doing his taxes.

    Man, I notice when $20 is unaccounted for in my checking account. Must be really nice to accidentally misplace a seven digit amount without noticing for a while.

    That is something of an income tax nightmare. How exactly do you report "giving back" $3 Million? Is it possible to file a negative income? Or does he have to claim a capital loss, which allows him to deduct $3000 / year in his itemized deductions? heh, that would really suck.
    Still searching for that offensive rhythm.
