My uncle met his wife while both were working at a TV station in Buffalo in the 80s and they became friends quickly. As time went by they got close, but inevitably, they both moved yet still stayed in touch. Time passed by and the Bills season opener arrived. Packed house. 80,000 people. As my aunt was walking into the stadium, she looked up and saw, of all people, my uncle. She said it was that moment that she knew they were going to be together. Well time passed by and they eventually got married in '91, but they always look back to that game as fate that they ran into eachother there. Well, my uncle just passed away this past weekend, prematurely (he was only 44) of a heart attack. He was a great man, and I am proud to call him my uncle. He was also a great Bills fan...so much so, he was apparently not much of a suit and tie guy...as he was buried in his Buffalo Bills jersey.
Just want everyone to know, you have the biggest Bills fan up in Heaven now, rooting for them.
