No, he just can't skate.
No, he just can't skate.
emery trips mair, no call.
Adam Mair is the Rodney dangerfield of the Sabres. He gets no respect tripped twice in 10 seconds and no calls.

this series has really been determined by bouncing pucks and missed calls.Originally Posted by chubluv

The hit from behind was no different than Teppo's hit on Blake against the Isles...like the NBC clowns said. But Mair got raped not once, but TWICE, and no call. Perhaps now, just exact a little revenge for the Neil hit earlier in the year, since the refs obviously don't want to work a Game 6?
Stop blaming the refs. It's always the refs fault when Buffalo teams get outplayed
sure, they have nothing to do with the 5 PP's ottawa had.Originally Posted by Novacane

But yeah, you're right, the refs have NOTHING to do with it
we're down 3-1 and it's all the refs fault. Ok......whatever.
are they not supposed to call penalties? We had a power play that was not a penalty too. Refs miss calls. It's going both ways. You're just not being objective because you have the homer glasses on.Originally Posted by Skooby
Get real, man--Those were missed calls. I guess Mair dove, like Alfie?
Cool! Yet another quitter- The Sabres seem to respond to the quittersOriginally Posted by Novacane

The series deficit isn't the refs' fault, but today's game has been atrocious. But then again, the entire 2007 playoffs has been.
Obviously Mair got tripped by emery, say what you want. The ref missed it or preferred not to call it but either way he was tripped. Emery was not in his crease when he did it so he was defending nothing.Originally Posted by Novacane
