The same article that had Peter king excited about the bills he so loves to dog had an interview with Goodell. The dude says in the article that the best piece of advice he got this year was from Gary Bettman. I would have been less offended if he said hitler, stalin, and mussolini looked at him and said, "heck of a job Goodie."

And the best part is that Bettman's advice was essentially, "if everyone hates you, don't take it to heart...just award another southern expansion team."

That's all i needed to see to prove there will be a 2008 lockout.

it's more of a joke than anything. but if goodell says that Bettman provided the best advice, aren't you a little scared? just a little? Guy talks to top brass at all sorts of companies, etc. and the best person that advised him on how to handle the Top job for the NHL was Gary Bettman? Eww.
