- He feels the penalty of a 1st rounder is severe enough to send a message to all thirty-two teams.
- The pick is going to be NE's, not the first they received from SF.
- He maintains the right to increase the penalty if he sees fit.
- If he feels he didn't receive all the information he asked for from the organization (tapes, etc) he will increase the penalty.
- What Wade Wilson did was illegal, as well as being against the rules...thus the disparity in discipline.

Nothing to backup claims that this has happened more than once outside of teams speculating, so he has nothing he can do but go with this as simply being a one time incident.COMING SOON...
