All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Receivers Moss, Owens take different routes to greatness
It's fitting that today's matchup between the Patriots and the Dallas Cowboys takes place at Texas Stadium, where a giant star adorns midfield. It represents the Cowboys logo, but it could stand as the symbol of the wide receiver subplot in the matchup of 5-0 teams, as two of the game's most dynamic and dissected pass-catchers, the Patriots' Randy Moss and the Cowboys' Terrell Owens, share the same stage.
The biggest thing we learned from the Bills is that they are a resilient bunch and did what they had to do to win instead of past years where they fold like a cheap lawn chair.

Beyond the gossip mongers twittering about his ties to Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood, Tony Romo was so hot that various NFL coaches, players, and alumni hailed the fledgling Cowboys quarterback as a young Brett Favre, the second coming of Doug Flutie, and - be still, Lone Star hearts - a 21st-century Roger Staubach.
Romomania swept the land of longneck beers and 10-gallon hats, and the faithful swooned when they learned the new face of America's Team wore No. 9 to honor "The Natural," Roy Hobbs, the fictional slugger for whom anything seemed possible.
Then came the improbable: Last Monday in Buffalo, the man of their dreams turned temporarily into a gridiron Elmer Fudd.

As much as I dispise the cowboys I couldn't root for the Pats even if someone paid me. The site of Brady makes me want to puke.
I hear what you're saying.... so I'm more rooting for the cowboys to just get their ass kicked and trying to ignore the other team.

I read an article today about TO's impending meltdown if Moss were to outplay him. I've been looking for the article, but haven't been able to find it yet.
DAMMIT. Dal D scored.
