Yo, we're still in the playoff hunt. Why a coaching change now? It makes no sense.

playoff hunt or not...until DJ is fired there is no sense even talking about it.

For all the education and practice each of us undergoes, the achievment of mastery is ultimately the outcome of a personal quest for understanding.

Valid point, Ebe. I could still see these types of talk coming up if we totally bombed the season but we're still in it.

April needs to clean up a little bit on his own unit.

When Fewell or Fairchild get caught with twelve men on the field, they and Jauron get ripped a new one...Why is April exempt?

Why? Then Tom Brady wouldn't get so excited to play here once a year.

    Re: April for HC?

No. I dont see a special teams coach jumping straight up to head coach without being a previous HC, DC, or OC first.
The Bills havent made the playoffs since I graduated high school. Lets please make it before Im 30.

This is the next superstar RB

Because he is more capable of accessing his talent on hand and game planning accordingly.

I can't see Marv ever firing Jauron. When Marv is gone as GM, Jauron will join him. I just can't see Marv canning Jauron when he was his choice

That title is given to coaches by the team so they can't leave for another team unless they are offered a head coaching position. That is why they put it on April so they could never lose him to another team. Each team in the NFL can dictate an Assistant Head Coach for this reason.

    Really? How so?

Is it a tough call who to start at PK and P every week?

I think he's better than we've had in a long time on special teams but I think he's WAY OVERRATED!!!

I've seen a bunch of mistakes on special teams that tells me that he's the last guy on the planet that I'd want to have as a head coach. I would take Mularkey over this guy and I think Mularkey is one of the worst coaches in NFL history.

Coordinator - yes. Head Coach - never, ever.
