He looks to me like a solid candidate for new OC if the bills opted to go outside the organization. I like his credentials. The guy developed Carson Palmer in the nfl and he was responsible for John Kitna having the best year of his career in '03 when he was with the Bengals. Best of all he was with the Rams organization for a while so if the bills didn't want to entirely change the offense, they could bring him in to run it.

I dont think the Bills are going to go outside of the organization for a OC. Certainly I hope they do though.
