Guy for the job ? MOST WOULD SAY NO...It would certainly be a Historic hiring for the Bills organization...Guy is one of the few African American men in the NFL that holds a Front Office position .. His hiring would have nothing to do with his race. It's just a fact..
The question would be does he deserve the job ?
Posters like to bring up Fowler's name as a n example of poor signings by Guy.. I think it was a good one by the Bills.. I can't even remeber who was at Center before him...Fowler is undersized...The Bills know that... But he makes decent line calls and he can run .. Which is what the Bills like for their linemen to do.

But i disagree with those that say Wright ,Royal and Gaines were not good pickups...
Gaines is a good blocker.... ok Receiver...Royal the same....Gaines was a street FA who wopuld be a decent goal line red area TE The 3rd stringer on your team....Wright was a rookie was lost inside the tough transistion of College to The NFL.
He should be better next season....even though Fred Jackson has moved the depth chart the Bills cpuld use a Bigger back to go with their Duo.
I don't think the Bills will name Guy GM ..I say if he gets the job he will be named VP of Player Personnel.
My choice would be Gabriel or Floyd Reese....
Jury still out .. Let's hope who ever the Bills choose he got enough sense to Get a Big DT, WR and TE in camp next season.
