"comeback" doesn't necessarily involve leaving the site for a period of time; it can mean someone who sucked copious amounts of ass at the beginning of the year, and then stepped up and improved as time went on.

Seriously though, I agree. I didn't vote for him for most awards, because I knew he would win, but there's no reason why he should be in the poll.
I agree, I will say that I didnt receive any awards for 2006... that mightve been why.
