There's no 'no touch' rule at strip clubs in Canada - at least the ones I've been to in Ottawa.

I wouldn't waste my time or money in a U.S. strip club.

The one I go to has alcohol, completely naked girls, and they can touch you, but you aren't supposed to touch them.

Good point! Especially with her being a DA, she could have easily sued his ass and won.
