I believe you can via the CBA but it would take a LOT of time.

However, you can eliminate Ah You, Schouman, Poz from your calculations. Wright nor Wendling would not likely have any as well....

Rookie NLTBE's are based upon their rookie stats and the charts are in the CBA

Lynch and Edwards would deffenly have NLTBE's. Not sure if they would then become LTBEs in 2008 though
