Dude I go to Golds on lunch virtually every day on lunch and do the ellipticall. I also play deck hockey on Thursdays (sometimes saturday mornings also) not to mention work Saturday is a work out all to its own. I was lifting at least three nights a week but that I will admit to being lazy on that as of late.. Don't believe. Why would I care?
I have explained many times why I still work the second job. We are all friends and it is great money for 4 to 5 hours of my time. I don't need it but it is hard to give up.
