Because he inhaled. This shocking photo was sent in by my trustworthy-snitch friend, who I will only refer to as my "snitch friend" in future articles.

It was later reported that Devin gave up his beer & reafer ways, and jumped onboard the beer & pussy train with L.A.Playa.
