Thank you, being born in the mid 80 (1984) I have no real opinion of my own on them. My cousin has exposed to much of their music in recent years as he is a true fan, and I know people who absolutely despise that brand of music. Personally I see both points of view and I can appreciate it when Im in the mood for it.

As foolish as they seem today, 80's hairbands had an important place in rock history.

I love the 80's hair bands! I've seen Poison, Warrant, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi and Motely Crue (if they are considered a hair band...I don't know) in concert! And my MP3 player has the greatest hits from all of the above on it!

I've seen Poison about 3 times and Motley Crue twice. I saw the singer from Warrant last year in Erie as well. I could go on about this topic for a while.
