All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Why the negative overtone? If they are posting more, they are contributing to the success of the Zone community.
I'm not sure why you want to discourage members contributing more to the Zone family.
Negative overtone? Im not sure I quite understand what your insinuating about me. I was simply pointing out to MBB that while his idea has merit he may or may not be aware of how the current ZB system works since he does not have the experience with the current inner workings of the Zone like I do. Im simply trying to help him out, why would you assume Im being negative? You guys really need to relax, its just a game you know, arent you having fun yet?

So for spending countless hours posting we are going to reward them with ZB's which they already accrue through posting and having responses?
We might as well give 24% APR for all banked ZB's as well, maybe even if you bank them at the last second on the last day of the month you can get 2% worth of the whole previous months interest.
I'm dead serious. We have a mod and a key member of the LA Playa campaign using a defamatory and highly pompous term like "spending countless hours posting." Bedard for sure never alienates the scores of contributors who value their posts.
