Man, I'm not so sold on the WR's this year. I really hope we land a TE or even two this year because it's a really strong class. Carlson, Davis, Keller or Kellen would do. Sweed, Hardy and Kelly are my 3 favorite WR's at this moment in time. ( ask me 5 seconds from now and my list will change. )

Receivers with some size that could be had later are maybe Jordy Nelson (I say maybe because he could go in round 2, 3 at the latest) Monk, Keenan Burton, Paul Hubbard, Simpson (all in the mid-rounds) Ernie Wheelwright, Steve Johnson, Urutia, Chaz Schillens, Jaison Williams and others are all late round and free agent possibilities. There is, however, usually a reason why some players are picked early and others not.

We're in real bad shape if we don't get a startable WR in the draft. Day 2 guys usually take 2-4 years to get it at the NFL level. If they ever get it.

So what if they don't get a top WR? I'll tell you what. This team shouldn't even try and field a team if that's what's going to happen. They're going to get a top WR in this draft or else they're going to lose more games, and the people of Buffalo aren't able to take much more of this garbage and neither will the people of Toronto.

This team cannot win without a new top wide receiver. Don't give me any of those "day 2" projects, either. This team needs to win, and they need to win now.

With our offense as pathetic as it's been in the past, I dont think we have the luxury of hoping a later round WR will make us all that much better.
