I don't think there is any comparison really...Favre has not really left the game and missed anything. He's on the progression into training camp right now and preparing like he usually does. Favre played well last year and I can't believe he won't be on the packers this year. I can't imagine anyone in any organization being darn eager to bench a kid for a season or two playing behind Favre either.

Even if Favre is looking to go to another team, it won't be Buffalo.

My guess is that he ends up in Minnesota for a one year run since a lot of people already have them as a dark horse pick to represent the NFC in the superbowl.

I also wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in Tampa.

Honestly the guy needs to just ride off into the sunset and call it a career.
