This is not a report. There are no sources here. THere are no links. There is no anything other than my personal opinion based on a hunch I guess.
But I think you may see Jason Peters report around the end of next week. To me, that's around the time I see him reporting.
The BIlls break camp on Wednesday. Perhaps out of frustration over his contract (blame you're old agent, pal) he decided to not partake in training camp.
But I can't see him start missing game checks in week #1. I think for the Bills to put him on the roster for Week #1 in his normal starting role; he's got to be practicing with the team for about two weeks; which would put his arrival around next THursday/Friday.
Maybe he'll agree to report and play this year at his current salary if the Bills agree to drop the fines levied against him to this point.
Since he feels so underpaid and as we all know the NFL is more than just the 16 week season; maybe he feels that by skipping the OTAs', Mandatory Mini and basically all of training camp--- Maybe he feels if he's only getting $3.25 million or whatever his salary for this year is, he's only going to give the club his effort and participation for the season.
For the record, if so this is a strategy for Peters I do NOT agree with. SO don't shoot the messenger. I'm just thinking that this could possibly be what's going through Peters head right now, because I think he knows he's not getting a new deal this year. So he'll wait til after camp breaks.
Again, not a report.. It's 100% opinion
